I'm not doubting the flow of information; official declarations have themselves been known to be dodgy ...! I didn't expect the Greens to do anything like as well as last time - my prediction equated to about 30 votes. But 3 does sound odd for a 'proper' party that got over 15% in 2015. Wonder if there was a full recount ... ... and if the Greens couldn't find a local candidate, they may not even have had any representatives at the count. The most famous parliamentary examples of course being SE Staffs in 1987 and Chertsey & Walton in 1979.

That's why we don't have major elections in August, or during the Olympics ... and why Labour like to call byelections during that same period!
