Try telling that to Apple Martin (daughter of Chris martin & Gwyneth P), Rev Canaan Banana and Professor Plum out of Cluedo! Not to mention William of Orange, William the Conkerer, Hazel Irvine, and 'Pineapple head' Noriega! And how could we forget Jack Lemmon, Twiggy and Leaf Erikson?

Ah but does "the Conkerer" count as a name - yes it's that old chestnut!

...Harry Lime (the Third Man)... Not the inevitable theme tune, but the end theme... You beat me to it. A few weeks ago, it came up on my Spotify weekly playlist. I didn't expect that and it suggests that their algorithm is scarily good at spotting what people like.

I forgot to mention former Everton striker and drug dealer Michael Branch and MP Stephen Twigg.
Related is Yorkshire cricketer Joe Root. Or am I barking up the wrong tree?

I'd forgotten what a weird collection of places this seat is. Backwards, strange places. The last time I went to Tyldesley, I was playing a rugby union match, and there was a big, ageing sign reading "Welcome to Tyldesley, part of Wigan Borough- Home to the Famous Casino!" as you entered the town. This was in 2010. Wigan Casino closed in 1981.

Confirmed that Andy Burnham is standing down at the GE and there will be no by-election here.
Let's recall that this was meant to be Nuttall's next "big opportunity" after Stoke. I wonder what seat, if any, he will contest in June?
