Jeff Osborn , Independent councillor for Trowbridge Grove on Wiltshire UA has sadly died . He had previously been LD councillor for predecessor seats .

Incredibly sad news about Maxi - I didn't know her terribly well myself, but Iain Dysart always speaks highly of her, from his time on the pre-cabinet-led Merton Council. |

Merton LB has just been called, for 19 May. Apparently called by the local Labour group (according to electoral services).
