SNP candidate was elected at Stage 4, meaning that they didn't get enough Green transfers to break 50% (hardly surprising given the proportion of transfers that would have been required). I'd guess (details of transfers not published yet) that Green transfers would probably have pushed the indy ahead of the Conservatives and that Conservative transfers then pushed the SNP over quota, but we'll see when the details come out.
