Yes, Sadly Broke has been strongly Conservative since it was built, and I suspect people moving out of Bristol to this particular bit of it may be making the constituency potentially winnable for Labour.

Some parish council elections from Three Rivers District:
Abbots Langley PC Primrose Hill, due to the resignation of Fran Deschampsneufs (Lib Dem), who has only served a short term having been elected at a by-election in October 2019. This by-election will take place on 5 May. The area falls in the St. Albans parliamentary constituency.
Chorleywood PC Here there will be a whole council election, the date of general elections of councillors for this parish being out of step with the majority of PCs. The area falls within the South-West Hertfordshire parliamentary constituency.
The wards are: Chorleywood Cedars - 2 seats Chorleywood Common and Loudwater - 5 seats Chorleywood East - 2 seats Chorleywood Quickwood - 1 seat Chorleywood South - 7 seats
It is worth noting that the previous 7-member Chorleywood North parish ward appears to have been divided into the Common and Loudwater parish ward and the East parish ward. I am unaware of any other electoral changes in the parish.

New parish electoral arrangements in Chorleywood The new parish electoral arrangements for Chorleywood, dividing the previous Chorleywood North parish ward between Chorleywood Common and Loudwater and Chorleywood East, were introduced by article 6 of the Hertfordshire (Electoral Changes) Order 2015, which established the new county electoral divisions for the Hertfordshire County Council election in 2017. The Order provided for the new parish electoral arrangements for Chorleywood (article 6) to come into effect for the 2019 elections. This was clearly an error, as the Chorleywood parish elections fell in 2018. The Hertfordshire (Electoral Changes) (Amendment) Order 2018, published on 3 December 2018, provided for the revised parish electoral arrangements (article 6) to take effect in 2022. www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2015/1873/made/data.pdfwww.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2018/1284/made/data.pdf
