Any swings available on that vote? it was 4 Lab & 3 Tory candidates for 5 seats in May, with 2 -3 split to Tories I've sort of cobbled some swing %, but not sure how helpful.

It may be more useful to compare with the UA result for the same ward ( same boundaries ) as there was a wider spread of candidates
Con 1213/913 Lab 827/483 UKIP 444 LD 284/184 Green 244

All the Keynsham wards have been moving strongly from Labour to Conservative in the last 16 years, but none more so than this ward at B&NES level. In both 2011 and 2015 it elected two Conservative councillors, previous to that one Conservative and one Labour, but in 1999, its two Labour councillors had 70% of the vote between them and the one Conservative candidate had 7%. It's the first time we've had a candidate in a Keynsham town council election, and we are looking forward to competing more strongly in future elections here.
