These maps show, that the SVP performed not too well among the left-leaning "Welsche" (=French) in the west. The map of Canton Zurich demonstrates, that it did poorly in the other StrongHold of the left: the cities.
Generally SVP gained most in SubUrbs and fewest in cities.

These are excellent though i think the colour scheme may be a bit confusing to a UK audience

Without CombinedLists, SVP+FDP would have received 7 seats more: SVP +5 (BE,BL,LU,SG,VD) and FDP -1+3=+2 (AG;SO,VD,ZH). So, benefitting were CVP with 4 (BL,SG,VD,ZH), GLP with 2 (BE,VD) and GPS with 1 (LU). SPS would have lost and gained 1 respectively (AG;SO).

Yesterday the remaining RunOffs (except 2 seats [1 in Zurich, 1 in Aargau]) for the small chamber happened and SVP failed everywhere, as expected. Therefor SPS has with 12 seats a new optimum. Here is a historical OverView of the StändeRat-composition since 1979:

The Last two seats to the StändeRat are taken by FDP.

RunOff for the remaining StändeRat in the Canton Zurich: Noser (FDP): Guess, were the wealthy live... Girod (GPS): Guess, were the 2 big cities (Zurich and Winterthur) are... Vogt (SVP): Guess, where they aren't... Votes for UnofficialCandidates: I didn't find a map with the TurnOut. Seemingly, many SVP-supporters stood at home (Vogt as an urban, openly gay LawProfessor was intended to represent a new generation of smarter SVP-politicians...) or voted for FDP's Noser in order to prohibit a GPS-victory.

For a moment, I thought that was Humberside.
