Well, if we're going to have exclaves let's make them proper ones and shift bits to K&C and Croydon. Maybe the RBS building on Bishopsgate could be added to Edinburgh City Council?  Just as long as you don't suggest extending the tram route there! |

We have a great Tramway service here in Toulouse run by Tisséo as part of their integrated Public Transport System of Tramway, Buses and two Metro (Tube)Lines.

And here in Edinburgh, we might have two-thirds of one line as opposed to a full one and at least two branch lines, and an absolute bargain at twice the cost!
