Disappointing that there is no Mr Roy standing here. Though I suppose they would be ineligible as Hoveton (where the shops actually are) is across the river in North Norfolk.

I don't see it publicised on the website anymore but it was formerly stated online by Broadland District Council that the Sprowston Neighbourhood Development Plan Referendum would be counted on the night and the Wroxham by-election would be counted the next day. So unless matters pertaining to Sprowston are of interest there is no reason to stay up waiting for the Broadland result.

That was in honour of his father, Sir Samuel Joseph, who was Alderman of Portsoken ward and Lord Mayor 1942-43.
