Conservative share ranges from 40% (Myth11) to 67.8 (Pete Whitehead)

tonyotim is only partly right in that he is the month's winner if the Lib Dem gains the seat although Robert Waller wins unless the Conservative share is at or above 67.8% when Pete Whitehead would win by a whisker!!
