Somerset What's a statistical quirk about this byelection is the fact that at a byelection back in December in the same ward the Tories beat the Lib Dems by 1 vote to win the contest with Labour coming third this time Labour came from 3rd to win it but the Tories still beat the Lib Dems by one vote!
