Cheers I think the feed from someone on Twitter was overstated by a that person and meant to say The first Con win in that ward. I have just searched Twitter and on that it states that they have never elected a Con councillor but as you say Abbie Katsande was a Con so it was a Con hold - Extremely grateful for all the info you have provided

Well, there is an election on

And you do know who the incumbent MP is.

Though it is also the case that Labour last won a seat on Uttlesford district in 1999, so whilst I suspected they've won TC seats since then I wasn't totally sure of it.
