If, in 2019, the Brexit Party got 16% of the vote in these parts when they polled a fraction of that nationally, how well will Reform UK do?

I doubt that they have the resources to make any significant impact. In last month's local elections they didn't have a single candidate within the constituency. |

Probably not very much better, given that very little of their support is coming from people who voted Labour in 2019 and that Labour have gained back a little ground amongst people who voted Brexit Party in 2019. |
