But that sums up to less than 90%, so excluding inValids. And apparently someThing else. I've noted it in another thread, but to repeat here as it's in response to this election, Alexander De Croo is resigning as Belgian Prime Minister after his party's poor showing. He was pictured crying earlier in the evening, so this is perhaps not a surprise in that context.
