Thanks for all these offers, I'm very happy to have this project shared around.

I would just say, though, that if anyone says they will do profiles, please do do them!

It is amazing (to me at least) how many people have said either in public or private that they will do/update profiles then not done so.

And of course there are also those who have not replied to my PMs. That isn't so bad in my book, but as far as I am concerned their originals are up for grabs.

I believe there are now c.218 profiles to be done. That includes several threads started with no profiles. If the project proceeds at the rate of say one a day that would take us to the end of June. I really would like to have all done in decent time before the next general election, which some people think may be as early as May. So, full steam ahead would be very pleasing!

Thanks so much to everybody who is contributing, the quality is really high.

Ah, sorry, I saw your message, forgot to reply and then of course the "unread message" was no longer there. I am happy for you to do the Northants (and Leics) if you wish, I will however work on the Glos and Bristol seats I did over Christmas

If you are happy to do the Bristol seats that's great. I did say I would if no-one else volunteered, but I am more than happy for you to do them (though I will undoubtedly comment on them). That just leaves me with Bath, which i should be able to post before Christmas.

4 x Bristol- @europeanlefty or @froome to do
Bath- @froome to do
Filton and Bradley Stoke, Thornbury and Yate- can @froome or @europeanlefty do those?
South Cotswold? - I can do if no one else wishes to
Chippenham- I plan to do.
Frome and E Somerset- @froome will you do or I can do?
North, South, West Dorset- peterl is planning to West and South, either he or I will do North
2x Cornwall- I plan to do
Torridge and Tavistock- I believe Robert Waller might do

Frome and East Somerset - happy for you to do this, but I can pm you my thoughts on the B&NES part of this constituency. I will wait for your confirmation before doing that.

Bath - I will post this in the next 2 days.

Bristol seats - as I said, I'm happy for @europeanlefty to do these. I won't have much, if any time, to give these sufficient thought before well into the new year (I'm away over Christmas and new year, so won't have any spare time until January after this week).

Thornbury & Yate - I assume @europeanlefty will also do thia.

Filton and Bradley Stoke - having been a parliamentary candidate in the current seat, I am happy to take this on, unless @europeanlefty wants to do it.

Good.  I was leaving Kingswinford & South Staffordshire to you, but feel free to cannibalise any bits of my old South Staffs profile that you like.  

I'm starting on updating Northamptonshire tomorrow, and depending on how difficult I find it, should complete this, and hopefully Leicester too, by the end of next week.

I will also do The Wrekin, and Warwick & Leamington, where the original posters show no signs of updating yet, and have higher priorities.

I have had a week of illness, which is why I haven't yet posted Bath. Hopefully I have now recovered, and will do this either today or tomorrow. Assuming health allows, I'm then away for a few days, so won't be able to do anything else until the end of the first week of January, at the earliest.

I haven't yet seen any message from @europeanlefty regarding the Bristol seats, but hopefully will have heard from him by the time I return after new year.

I will try to do some more West Yorkshire seats if nobody else gets there first. However, I don't wish to discourage anyone else from getting there first, especially if they know the seats well.

The rest of Yorkshire has rather better coverage, but we are still missing Doncaster North, done originally by syorkssocialist; as it has only minor boundary changes the existing profile could be used with only minor edits. Then there are two East Riding seats; I don't know if bungle is interested in doing these, but if not I could have a go. Then there are Richmond & Northallerton (previously done by ClevelandYorks), Harrogate & Knaresborough (swanarcadian) and Wetherby & Easingwold (new seat); anyone interested in doing these?
