Kent, Sheppey (Con hold) Con - 2318 Swale Ind - 2258 Lab - 1896 LD - 481 Ouch, the Tories got lucky there. Again... Given what they threw at this seat and what we had, it was a huge result for SI Elliot Jayes. The particular Tory candidate took this seat by 60 votes, and the 3rd borough seat in Queenborough by 14 votes... All of which is a huge improvement on his 2019 Borough result where he was elected to the 2nd Borough seat in Teynham by 5 votes - again over a Swale Indie...
