13 entries this week, with johnloony returning and manchesterman missing. All on time, with Richard Cromwell receiving 7 faults and andykernow receiving 3 for going under in Herefordshire and Hertfordshire respectively, and johnloony receiving 2 for going over in Hertfordshire. Andrewp also had a phantom Labour candidate in place of the Green in both the county and district Hertfordshire contests, which had a prediction of 12 for each. This therefore means 2x12 faults with both falling under the 20 fault cap on this type of infringement introduced this year. Bromyard West, Herefordshire: 7 have Ind (Ferguson) win, with AJS, johnloony and Right Leaning Conservative gain and andykernow, dundas and Robert Waller Ind (Davies) win. Hitchin South, Hertfordshire: 100% Liberal Democrat hold, with majorities ranging from 6% (iainbhx) to 20.3% (peterl). Hitchin Highbury, North Hertfordshire: 100% Liberal Democrat hold, with majorities ranging from 16.4% (dundas) to 41.2% (peterl). Ryhall and Casterton, Rutland: 8 Conservative hold, with andrewp, andykernow, greenhert, kevinf and peterl Green gain. Results available at - docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1HrvXswWetdPBYEUI07n8BjveLG7I_1JCOK7so-xQhDg/edit?usp=sharing - good luck to all!

Awaiting the properly added up results, my rough figures suggest that congrats are due to Andy Kernow, whose bold prediction for Bromyard has, I think, taken him to the weekly victory! I myself also thought Davies would win but lacked the courage and conviction to predict it by more than a hedging bare margin.
Kevin F and Peter L appear to have done very well in the other predictions. It is really good to see some of the more recent additions to the competition high up in the lists.

That's the results now completed, nothing to add beyond congratulating yourself for taking the top spot for the month!

What’s the point of us doing the prediction competition if the voters don’t co-operate by voting in the correct proportions? I think the Electoral Commission should step in and tackle this emergency.
