What’s your point caller? The fairly obvious point is that neither of them are heathen. Whereas the godless Trump is. I think the poster is one of those people who doesn't really go for the whole broad church, in my house are many mansions approach.

If either Biden or Harris attended my Church I would be pushing for the withdrawal of communion from both for bringing the gospel into disrepute.

First, I hope that comment doesn't include me as I despise the tangerine. However, the only cope I see is from Dems. It was your lot who denied what we all knew to be true for years until you just couldn't any more. Then, without any hint of shame, immediately turned on the guy you've been backing for so long. I think a period of reflection is needed from the Biden backers to be honest. What do Biden backers have to reflect upon? There's no hint in any statement he made that the vicious smears about his cognitive abilities have any credence. Indeed, watching Biden’s decline is rather like watching my mum over the last 12 months, a result of Parkinson’s rather than cognitive decline; despite being in hospital, and me getting a (now seemingly slightly premature “prepare yourself for the worst” phone call last week) she’s still mentally quite sharp - she knew the general election result, that England had lost the Euro final, she continues to recognise visitors, some of whom she hasn’t seen in months, but the increasing stiffness of gait, slurring and jumbling her words, and being bothered by bright light are all common factors with what we’ve seen from Biden.

Kamala Harris: "We are going to the border, we have been to the border. So, this whole, this whole, this whole thing about the border, we've been to the border. WE'VE BEEN TO THE BORDER." Lester Holt: "You haven't been to the border." Kamala Harris: "(pause) And I haven't been to Europe". Cackle, cackle.

Trump may have deep running flaws but he is the lesser of two evils. Liberal “Christianity” is a blight.

Trump is no more a Christian than was Adolf Hitler - despite the latter notionally being a Catholic.

Sandy has turned up so obviously the thread has degenerated into a God-bothering borefest.

The cope from the Trumpian right here is quite something. I don’t know what “cope” (as a noun) means in this context

Coup for the heathen? Well at least you're consistently inconsistent. Biden and Harris are heathens. Don’t you define about 98% of people as heathens, or heretics, or satanic, or similar?

Someone pointed out that the Biden crisis has come to a head now, after the TV debate in June, whereas presidential election debates usually don’t happen until September.

Ironically it was Biden's team who pushed for an early debate. Maybe that’s not ironic at all. Maybe that was the plan: to force the issue before it was too late.
