yes, not transferables were wrong for UKIP, Con and SNP. I copied the wrong line (the total votes they had at the time of elimination. So that's why they don't make sens). Now corrected. I am sorry, I posted too much in a hurry.

The Telford result looks very good for Labour. Good result for LDs in Rutherglen and they'll be relieved about Gainsborough. The Labour vs SNP vote share in Rutherglen would tend towards the SNP regaining the seat at the next full council elections, but that's a long way off yet (worth noting that up until the SNP elimination, transfers between Lab and SNP broke almost totally equally, although the LDs were attracting more. The SNP transfers almost evened up the Lab-LD transfers.
Very good UKIP showing in Gainsborough and Telford. Not an awful lot for the Conservatives to smile about this week.

A couple of Town Council by-election results from yesterday in Irthlingborough in East Northamptonshire (part of the Corby Parliamentary constituency).
John Pyel ward: Labour 306, Conservative 231. Lab gain from Con.
Waterloo ward: Labour elected unopposed. Lab gain from Con.
New Town Council composition: Lab 8, Con 4.
These are the second and third straight gains from the Tories since May 2011.

Where is Perton East, exactly?? The increase in the numerical votes since 2003 would perhaps point to some population growth......
