These posts will be updated with a little more detail if I have the time, but thought it would be good to have a thread set up.

A quick look and theres not many obvious marginals - perhaps Overton (Lancaster DC) which is close between the two main parties and a general election turnout may make a difference? The Greens will fancy their chances in Newport West (IofW)

Conservative Defences (20):[...]Isle of Wight UA; Newport West (Conservative resigned) 6 candidates:- Con, Lab, LD, Green, Ind, Ind This is a wonderful opportunity for a media mishap, especially if it declares ahead of the similarly named parliamentary constituency in Wales. How is Chichele pronounced?

What is the FB standing in Exeter? On dating websites FB has a certain meaning. For Britain. I doubt it means that on dating websites....

The Greens will fancy their chances in Newport West (IofW) Colne Valley in Kirklees has been won by Con, Lib Dem, and Lab in the last few years. Two former councillors standing for Con and Lib Dem. Given the circumstances of the by-election either could win.

Im surprised there's no Conservative party candidates in the Liverpool or Islington by-elections, is that correct? I know theyre not exactly strong areas, but you don't tend to not see Tory candidates running!

Its a ward that is moving towards Labour - the 'Hebden Bridge ' effect in Marsden is very noticeable

For Britain. I doubt it means that on dating websites.... For the irredeemably thick amongst us, what does FB mean on such websites? Is this some version of FBPE? I was tempted to ask too, but feared I might regret it. Anything beginning with F in a dating website has to be approached with caution, I suspect.

Senior Lib Dem claims dating people who list their sex as female 'must be approached with caution', endorses grindr.

You can now probably work out the F. Perhaps less shocking than hearing Adam Price last night live on TV at 8pm talking about Bumboys and grabbing girls by the pussy. It wasn't just a quote, he used the latter term to describe an action. He really should have have used a better word.
