Hopefully the next Labour candidate for Vauxhall will actually be selected by the members. That is the purpose of having the selection decisions made now - the imposed candidates of 2017 didn't go down well. Of course Hoey was , amusingly, pushed on to the CLP after the resignation of Stuart Holland by Kinnock! Martha Osamor was the candidate who the local party wanted. poetic justice.... |
