Tbf it was the "tosser" from MORI who ramped it as a "corker" originally - Smithson reported the betting movements that followed.
(not the first time that polling organisation has dubiously hyped its surveys, either)

Mori are the worst for overhyping their own polls and also for putting highly dubious political spin on them.

The Green and UKIP figures are identical to their last poll, BTW. (Not that I disagree on their realism or otherwise). LDs up one, Con up 2, Lab down 5. |
