A strange involuntary and partial change of party affiliation: Stan Heggs, Stanion and Corby Village Ward' Corby Borough Council - Con to Ind following expulsion for breaching group policy on the type of emergency vehicle replacing a fire engine (and an alleged conflict of interest), so far as I can understand it.
