James Bevan, Independent to Conservative. Re the Flintshire ones, what’s the difference between Independent and Non-Aligned in this context? Is/was it a group of Independents? |

James Bevan was elected as a Conservative in 2015 but as an Independent (opposed by Conservatives) in 2019 and 2023

Yes there's a large Independent group on the council, and then there's the Non Aligned which are various defectors and (presumably) people who have fallen out with the main Independent group. And that's not to mention "Eagle" which is another such group. |
