It would speed up investigations if those accused had English as a first language who are you talking about?

Anyone posting pictures of genitalia on a public website is a disgusting person and deserves absolutely no sympathy or to be cut any slack at all. The man is obviously 'thinking with his prick' in an all too literal sense and should be chucked out and branded as a dissolute pervert and an actual menace at large. Is this an indication that politics draws in a higher proportion of show-offs, perverts and criminals of all sorts; or is this a true reflection of society as it has now degenerated? Or was it ever thus with many of us innocent of the enormity of the dissoluteness of a significant minority?A huge factor is simply that modern technology allows people to do so.

My understanding was he sent them in a private message on WhatsApp or whatever. Not very uncommon - just very stupid to do so without knowing who the recipient really is. As finso says the only difference nowadays is the technology. It's no different from the 'you show me yours and I'll show you mine' scenarios we all enaged in at school (only primary school in my case as sadly I went to an all-boys secondary school)

In today's modern NHS, where GPs don't actually want to meet patients in person, it has become commonplace to ask them to send a photograph of their ailment. For example, I had to shine a phone down my daughter's throat and take pictures of her tonsils.
I now envisage a scenario where a patient is asked to send pictures of his dick, but perhaps expresses initial unwillingness and is reassured by a GP assuring him that its nothing to be embarrassed about, so look, I will send you one of mine to put your mind at ease.

I understand that a certain Somerset MP was a target but would only accept a portrait on canvas delivered by a carriage and four. Allegedly.

Thus validating his appointment of said butler, after a thorough examination of the merits of several applicants

Ah yes, but what do they identify as? She identifies as female. Like the vast majority of people who identify with their sex and gender as assigned at birth. Unlike the small minority who have ambiguities. The obsession of some on here with the issue doesn't seem widely shared.
