I hadn't realised that South East Amsterdam formed a detached part of Amsterdam. Is that a recent development? I think it's always been separate. Its a shame it isn't a separate municipality I'd love to see how it votes

First constituency to "change hands", as it were.
Vlieland goes from a 6.6% VVD lead over PvdA in 2010 to a 0.9% PvdA lead over VVD.

They're just using the Google map, but without the English language option.

And have polls closed in the colonies. There are 3 island in the Caribbean marked. I am not sure I would be right to refer to the Netherlands Antilles, I think that may have disintegrated?

They are the parts of the former Netherlands Antillies that didn't become 'countries' of the Kingdom, but are instead 'Special Municipalities' and therefore part of metropolitan Netherlands (thus they can vote in this election). No idea if their polls have closed.

so any ideas why they have fallen so far behind ?
it would seem ripe for them an anti EU stance as well

The PVV were seen as cowards for making the last Govt fall and got a lot of bad press from the incident. They will probably benefit from being in opposition for a few years and build on the Anti-EU/Euro sentiment, which may continue if the Southern European nations keep receiving bailouts at the Dutch Taxpayers expense.

It's interesting to see from the map that there is considerable geographical variation in different areas - with some bits having concentrated levels of support for the SGP (for example). Under FPTP there are reasons for concentrated support for the Lib Dems or Respect or whatever, but I would have expected it to be more evenly spread in a PR system.
P.S. So far, 8 out of the 17 "constituencies" declared have been gained* by the top two parties and lost* by the non-top-two. Perhaps there is a distortion in that because they are obviously the low-electorate areas being declared first.
* ("Gained" and ""lost" in the FPTP sense)

The SGP did top the poll in 1 of the first municipalities to report Hardinxfeld-Giessingen with 21.0 with the CU on 17.1%. Out of about 10K votes.
5% of the results in.

The CDA have just won somewhere by 47, they won by nearly 4000 in 2010.
