I agree with Richard Allen . I hope the opposition pull off a win but I don’t trust Erdogan not to rig it in some way.

The polls have now closed. But there is a ban on publishing both results and exit polls for the next four hours. They have opened up for results being published.

24.5% done 58% Erdogan Seems quite high Interesting note from the Graun's live blog: With 32% of votes counted in the presidential poll, according to the official state-run Anadolu Agency, Erdoğan is on 57.73% and Ince on 27.79%.
To put things in perspective, in last year’s constitutional reform referendum, the president’s “yes” camp was on 61.8% of the vote with 31% of ballots counted. Three hours later, with 97% counted, his support had dwindled to 51.4%.

Big endorsement of Erdogan. AKP on course for a massive majority. HDP look to be out on 8%.

Istanbul is 51% done and Erdogan stands at 53% - quite good! 57% in Angora/Ankara (but only 29% counted).

It looks like the ballot box stuffing has worked a treat.

Hold off for a while...the early reporting always heavily skews to Erdogan and the AKP, let's see what happens, although I have seen many rrports of irregularites.
