Just returned having been out all day.
14 entries this week with nothing from greatkingrat and tonyotim. Pete Whitehead gets 0.1 faults for adding to 100.1% in Lincolnshire.
* Unanimity for Lincolnshire - Labour gain from Conservatives - and Vale of Glamorgan - Labour hold. * 12 Conservative holds in South Holland, Fleet with andyajs and elend going for an Independent gain. * 12 Independent holds in South Holland, Long Sutton with Independent UKIP and Leicester Lad predicting a Conservative gain. * 8 for an Independent gain in Wealden, Polegate North with Andrew Teale, andyajs, Dibs, erlend, Independent UKIP and Khunanup going for a Lib Dem hold.

That 0.1 is a bit tedious. Buttrils sounds like it could cause more of a problem though

Khunanup was in the lead last night with myself and Andrew just behind. I think the result from Polegate will confirm him as clearly in the lead. Andrew didn't do badly there and if the South Holland results go his way he could end up ahead

Actually Andyajs and Robert Waller are not too far out of the mix. Certainly an Independent win in Fleet could see Andy win the week

Congratulations to Khunanup on a very good performance this week and also to Dibs for getting a perfect score in South Holland, Fleet (well 0.04 faults to be precise but 0 after rounding) which I think is a first. Lincolnshire has been good to me this week - the south coasts of England and Wales less so

I think (though I can't see Hempie's predictions) that Khunanup has a deserved win this week, and that Pete 'Westwood''s excellent predictions in South Holland may move him into second, though dibs has also had a very good week. These are my guesses for the top three. I eagerly await official and authoritative returns!

I think that me and dibs are joint second after rounding though my spreadsheet has me ahead because I have a fraction of a fault less (0.03). Authoritative I hope, but not official of course

Have to say, I was surprised how many were going for an Indy win in Polegate. People don't vote for Indys in that part of the world, they vote for Shings. This is also next to Eastbourne and in Lewes constituency so would have had the full local Lib Dem machine.

Agree with that but I had no inside information as to which candidate ( if any ) the Shings were backing . I guess they did not back any specific candidate .

I couldn't decide who to put first in Polegate and in the end it was the fact that Eastbourne was one of only 3 LD gains from Con in 2010 that made me put the LDs first.
