Did anyone else notice on Google maps what a shithole Sunbury common is? Not from the satellite view no! Having another look now at some of the streets. Some of the old suburban semis have seen better days. Burgoyne Road looks quite nice as does Groveley Road. Broad Oak less salubrious. |

Have a look at Spelthorne Grove in the south of the ward or Kenyngton Drive and Churchill Way in the East. Only a few pockets I suppose, but serious grot. I do tend to drop the little yellow man at a few random spots and it seems when I did this the first time I got lucky every time

12 entries this week from all those still left standing. Just Looking gets 6 additional faults for adding to only 94% in Spelthorne, Sunbury Common.

100% Labour hold with 9 having Conservatives second (majority 38% to 52%) and 3 UKIP second (majority 34% to 49%)

100% Green hold with Labour second (majority 11% to 31.4%)

Did anyone else notice on Google maps what a shithole Sunbury common is? Typically eccentric, some might say, but I spent a lot of the long evenings this summer exploring Spelthorne residential districts. Pete is right, which is why I have ventured a rather higher than average percentage for Labour's first contest for a long time, assuming some tactical voting for the LDs previously. I've been in Lower Sunbury for another purpose today - a very different area, very attractive - and I can tell people that it's been raining heavily around 5 o'clock. |
