NASA is planning to inaugurate Raila Odinga as "the people's president" on Tuesday, but still keeping the venue secret (for obvious reasons..). The Attorney General has warned that this would be tantamount to treason.
According to the NASA officials the inauguration programme will start with the national anthem, followed by prayers, then announcement of Odinga's presidential agenda, a ceremony to install "the people's president", and speeches. A "people's assembly" will also be installed followed by speeches from representatives of the counties.
Afterwards Raila Odinga and the other NASA leaders are heading out to hold rallies across the country (if they aren't arrested, that is...).
