Have now reached my destination - Cardiff. It transpires that the server LEAP is hosted on has failed, and my web hosts are trying to restore it. There's nothing I can do at this stage except apologise and ask for your patience.

Update. LEAP should continue to be down today and I hope to have it back online very late tonight or tomorrow morning.
