A gentle re-introduction with just 4 by-elections in the latter part of May:
* 1 on 19th May
* 3 on 26th May
2 of the contests are for district councils last contested in May 2015
1 is for a London Borough last contested in 2014 and
1 is for a County Council last contested in 2013
Conservatives are defending 2 seats arising from the death of a former councillor serving both seats
Labour is defending 1 seat following a death and
UKIP is defending 1 seat following a resignation
Conservative, Labour and UKIP each have 4 candidates, Green 3, Liberal Democrat and Yorkshire 1st 2 each and 1 Independent - a total of 20 candidates.

There are 11 entries this week with Arthur Figgis reappearing but no Tony Otim. Just Looking should get 5 additional points but I am minded to waive the penalty on this particular occasion as he was only 8 seconds late.
