Oh dear!  Late again. I was thinking more along the lines of a nasty slur turned into a policy and based on little or no evidence. A conflation of low value and worked up out of nothing. it does encompass pretty much the whole of him and of his campaign.......Low rent person: low level rant delivery: low quality content.......Trumppence!
