Does anyone know if the geographical area size of parliamentary constituencies can be determined in an easy manner, say in square metres?

Does anyone know if the geographical area size of parliamentary constituencies can be determined in an easy manner, say in square metres? You can get the land area of each constituency, and of wards, through the Census. For England and Wales go to neighbourhood.statistics.gov.uk and the area in hectares is in table QS102EW. For Scotland go to www.scotlandscensus.gov.uk and the area is in QS102SC.

Are there any current parliamentary constituencies in the UK that we know are either: between 12,000 and 13,000 square kilometres, or more than 13,000 square kilometres by area?
