Both Andrew_S & I are compiling spreadsheets, with slightly different emphases for May's Councils elections. Its easy to miss out, but Angus is now technically NOC after the defection of an SNP councillor from the SNP to be independent. They now only have 14 councillors out of 29.
Doesnt make a lot of difference, as he usually votes with the SNP, along with some other "independents".
