Impressive, the first real victory of the PanGreens (although seemingly only caused by high abstention of the Blues)! Still, I doubt, that DPP can do anything against the RoC being absorbed economically by "real" China. (PRC prefering FreeTrade and ROC fleeing to protectionism would be superb...) |

Impressive, the first real victory of the PanGreens (although seemingly only caused by high abstention of the Blues)! Still, I doubt, that DPP can do anything against the RoC being absorbed economically by "real" China. (PRC prefering FreeTrade and ROC fleeing to protectionism would be superb...) I disagree, plenty of nearby alternative markets (who don't mind pissing off China), a highly educated workforce crying out for a future economic plan and the Americans obligated to back them up. And they've got a Liberal president now of course! |

How shall Taiwan prohibit, that e.g. a Californian company owned by a "red" Chinese conquers its market? What could the USA do, if China invaded? |
