Bristol has the mayoral election as well as a full set of council elections (moving from 1/3rds) on new boundaries on the same day, hence B&NES

Broxbourne did a rubbish job last time so Hertsmere is likely to give an improved service

Southampton's Returning Officer is also the RO for the South East Euro constituency - he always runs a tight ship, so pleased that we're staying

Why has Devon and Cornwall gone to Exeter? Pretty much every council in the police area is more competent.
