Changes appear to be:
Avon and Somerset: was Bristol, now Bath and North East Somerset
Derbyshire: was Amber Valley, now Derby
Devon and Cornwall: was Cornwall, now Exeter
Essex: was Chelsford, now Colchester
Hertfordshire: was Broxbourne, now Hertsmere
Norfolk: was Norwich, now King's Lynn and West Norfolk
Surrey: was Guildford, now Reigate and Banstead
Sussex: was Crawley, now Wealden
Thames Valley: was Aylesbury, now Vale of White Horse

Bristol has the mayoral election as well as a full set of council elections (moving from 1/3rds) on new boundaries on the same day, hence B&NES

Broxbourne did a rubbish job last time so Hertsmere is likely to give an improved service

Southampton's Returning Officer is also the RO for the South East Euro constituency - he always runs a tight ship, so pleased that we're staying  |

Why has Devon and Cornwall gone to Exeter? Pretty much every council in the police area is more competent.
