While he did very well in predicting the 2015 election he was guilty like the rest of us for getting the last one wrong and until we have results to compare to methods can never be absolutely spot on

A more cynical (though maybe more correct) interpretation is that he got lucky in 2015 but was found out last year. Not the only person about whom that could be said, mind.
