Greystoke & Hesket - Cumbria CC - Resignation of Bert Richardson (Conservative), due to ill health. He was chairman of the council in 2010-2011.
The county division is made of the Greystoke, Hesket and Skelton wards in Eden district. Cumbria got an electoral review in 2012, but all Eden districts divisions were unchanged.
