I believe there is one:
Derbyshire CC, Brimington - Labour died - 5 candidates: Con, Lab, LD, UKIP, Ind
Is anyone in a position to provide the usual - and much valued - details on this?

A feast of ex-Mayors and defectors here.
John Ahern was a Labour councillor in Derby and was Mayor of Derby 2006-7. He defected to the Lib Dems soon after losing his seat in 2008 and stood a couple of times in Derby under his new colours.
Mick Bagshaw was a Lib Dem councillor and lost his seat in the meltdown here in 2011. He joined UKIP briefly and is now independent.
Completing the political musical chairs is Paul Stone, once a Lib Dem, then independent and now recently a defector to UKIP. He was the Mayor of Chesterfield last year.
Surely the Conservative candidate should be Amjad Bashir?
