Okay. Sorry to rain on your parade here; here is the updated spreadsheet. I found the old raw data in an account I hadn't used since 2008 and walked through it again. There are some revisions due to some erroneously allocated polling districts, none of which 'flip' any wards but do change some of the numbers; Ochil - Whole seat Paisley South - Changes to Paisley North West, Paisley South, Johnstone South and Johnstone North Maryhill - Changes to Canal and Hillhead The left column shows the 2007 wards and the right column the transfers out to the 2017 wards. This is based on transferring whole polling stations, or apportioning part polling stations. It's not an exact science. docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1nh-1Ip80VP4brX6boueZjff5x1AUC4ehpfBymkUpICA/edit?usp=sharing

Love this analysis. Looking at your spreadsheet for 2007, The strongest Labour Ward was Kilsyth which I’ve always regarded as an under rated Labour powerhouse. Cumnock, coatbridge west, fortissat or Cowdenbeath would have been my other favourites for best Labour Ward.

Is it possible to get ward results for the most recent Holyrood election last month?

No - wasn't counted by ward.
