Dumfries and Galloway 2003. Lab 14 Ind 12 C 11 SNP 5 LD 5. This was a wrong-winner result; the shares of the vote were C 30.1 Lab 24.1 Ind 21.4 SNP 14.0 LD 9.7, and that's without Mid Nithsdale where the Tories were unopposed. Map: Cartogram:
