I've slowly transcribed the Angus District results from 1974 onwards onto Wikipedia so its probably a good idea to do that with these as well joe. Thanks for the pdf pointer. As for Wikipedia I tried loading the Central regional council logo and go hit with a whole load of copyright jargon so havnae bothered trying anythins since. |

Yes I have the Central results and more at my website I will get around to sorting out the ones I have posted in due course. I think the turnouts were so high as these were the first elections to the new councils. Eventually I will find time to edit the Falkirk and Stirling results to look like the clacks results ojn here. Stirling results are now more readable. Falkirk results will take more time to do but I will get there! It was a pity the spreadsheets did not copy over as I had intended. |

Not quite complete yet, but I've been working on getting the 1974 Scottish local results up on my website and all the regions and most of the districts are up here: www.scottishelections.org.uk/scotland/lold/index.phpI also have the handbook for 1977, so these will go up at some point soon. Do you have any plans to go beyond 1977? I have just about completed the results from Central, Clacks, Stirling and Falkirk from 1974 onwards. Most of the results were either in Stirling or Falkirk libraries (probably Alloa as well) but the Stirling Council website only has 2007 and 2012 results; mentioning candidates but not parties. central-Scotland-results.simplesite.com |
