Is there an understanding between the Lincs independants and UKIP? I'm just slightly surprised there's not a UKIP candidate in either seat in one of their stronger counties.

Swing not particularly meaningful North Kesteven, Sleaford Westholme - Lincolnshire Independents gain from an IndependentParty | 2014 votes | 2014 share | since 2011 | since 2007 | since 2003 | Lincolnshire Independents | 342 | 68.5% | from nowhere | from nowhere | from nowhere | Conservative | 119 | 23.8%

Swing not meaningful Note the former councillor stood as Labour in 2003 but as an Independent in 2007 and 2011 Also the Labour candidate appears as a Liberal Democrat when his name is searched on Google. Rother, Collington - Independent hold Party | 2014 votes | 2014 share | since 2011 "top" | since 2011 "average" | since 2008 B | since 2007 "top" |

Swing 2.0% Conservative to Independent since 2011, otherwise not meaningful - 2007 "average" same as 2007 "top"

Labour's candidate in Westholme apparently did stand as a LibDem for another N Kesteven ward in 2011.
