I had better names but nobody listens to me. #butimnotbitter Likely a Labour gain but it was quite tight last time round in terms of first preferences by party so could be interesting.

LAB - 42.0% (+8.8) SNP - 32.9% (-14.0) CON - 18.5% (+4.5) UKIP - 6.6% (+6.6) Greens zero ? And the % changes are incorrect as Labour led the SNP slightly on 1st preferences last time

LAB - 42.0% (+8.8) SNP - 32.9% (-14.0) CON - 18.5% (+4.5) UKIP - 6.6% (+6.6) Good result for Scotland. Labour consolidate, the right put on over 11% and bloody SNP shafted. Hope this is an indicator for Sept.

The introduction of STV into local authority elections in Scotland were a condition of the Labour/Lib Dem coalition formed after the 2003 Holyrood election.
