Loire Atlantique is the stolen bit of Breizh. Ah, that's the one, thanks. I've always had an odd soft spot for Brittany and the Breton language. One of the most odd and weirdly fragmented nationalist movements though.

IIRC the current French President is considering re uniting Brittany - as part of a general reduction of the number of French regions and their governments - coupled with a measure of devolution to them.
