Scottish Parliament interim boundary change

Presented to Parliament yesterday by the Secretary of State for Scotland:

Boundary Commission for Scotland: Report on Interim Review of Scottish Parliament Boundaries at Princes Gate and Greenacres by Robroyston between the Glasgow Provan constituency and Strathkelvin and Bearsden constituency and between Glasgow region and West Scotland region.

Here is the text of the report. It transfers a net 20 electors from Glasgow Provan to Strathkelvin and Bearsden.

I thought this happened ages ago but I must be remembering the alteration to the council boundaries instead. It really is bizarre that there is no mechanism to address the same imbalance between the Westminster constituencies, and ridiculous that three separate reviews have to be undertaken to effect the same change.
