I don't believe figures were released (or even counted) at that level Definitely not counted at 2nd tier level. The Economist tried to guesstimate how the constituencies voted and very few went No. Central Fife and a few other Scottish Labour seats (from memory). SNP voters being strongly No. |

There was a deliberate decision to count at county level, not district level - to stop people being able to highlight constituencies where local opinion did not match its MPs' stance on EEC membership.
