Does anyone have any radio excerpts of the House Of Commons from this period please? Highly sought after are Prime Minister’s Questions.

There are plenty on YouTube and they're very easy to find. Type in Commons then the year you're interested in, and they should come up.

I have wondered if there is an audio recording available of the moment when an MP died while speaking at the despatch box in 1983.

Undoubtedly there is a recording of the House of Commons session of 10 February 1983, but whether it would be made available and licensed would be a different question.
Though the recording of 30 March 1979 which includes the sound of a terrorist bomb explosion has been licensed.

Who thinks late night sittings would be a viable option in this day and age?

Who thinks late night sittings would be a viable option in this day and age? 😳 A generation of tired tim, shallow wimps, would find it all too much. When used to "working" from home and spending more time with a screen than their partner, it would be unconscionable.

A slightly irrelevant point, but does anyone have the Any Questions recording of 02/05/97 please?
