A by-election was held in the borough of St Albans on Christmas Eve, 1850. F.W.S. Craig reports the result as: J. Bell (L) 276 Sir R.H. Carden (C) 147 483 electors were registered to vote. A note from Craig adds: "Royal Commission appointed which found proof of extensive bribery and as a result the borough lost its right to return a Member of Parliament and was incorporated into the county constituency of Hertfordshire from May 3, 1852." Can we disenfranchise Tower Hamlets. Or any area that doesn’t count the night of. Or that submits their SOPN in separate PDF format for every ward

And when they put the SOPNs in separate Word documents it's annexation by a neighbouring authority
